I often get asked, “What should my daily skin routine look like?” The truth is, while skincare can feel overwhelming with so many products available, you only need to focus on two essential steps for healthy, long-lasting skin:

1. Sun Protection
The most important part of any skincare routine is protecting your skin from the sun. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, even when it’s cloudy. If you are spending time outdoors, remember to reapply it regularly throughout the day. 2. Moisturising with Antioxidants
The second key step is keeping your skin well-hydrated with a good moisturiser. Ideally, choose one that also contains antioxidants such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Niacinamide. These ingredients help protect your skin against environmental pollutants and free radical damage while supporting overall skin health.
